Size 14 dress fit everwhere perfect except the chest… would only fit an a cup size

Ordered for a potential graduation dress and measured myself according to the size guide. Should’ve been on the small size but was way too big. The dress itself was gorgeous but i felt a bit misled due to the sizing guide being so wrong. I ordered to the UK and was sure the size was correct so definitely size down! The customer service however has been amazing, after a little back and forth they offered me a refund and even followed up to make sure i received it all ok. Couldn't fault the customer service or quality - my only issue was sizing!

This was my first time ordering from Sundae Muse. I love both my playsuits and the only negative thing I have is that one of them has a piece of fabric that broke away from the stitching leaving a small hole. Nothing I can't fix on my own, but for the price I expected a little bit better quality. The overall fit of the playsuits are perfect though.

Very easy and great options

This is the first time I share the experience with this service. It's a shame I haven't done it before. They offer a great choice of dresses and a qualified manager always helps to do the perfect choice for you. I have no regrets about being one of their customers.

I had some small problems with my delivery but the customer service at Sundae Muse was excellent. They were so responsive and resolved the issue within one simple email. Dealing with them was very easy.

Excellent website

The sizes was a bit small, so I plan on exchanging for a stretchier dress. Super cute dress though.
